Just Announced: Warhammer Survivors

Survivors, prepare for a desperate mission. Grab your lasgun and report for duty; a gauntlet of horror and carnage awaits! 

 Hail Survivor, 

 Today, we announced Warhammer Survivors, a frenetic roguelike Survivors game based in the Warhammer universes, launching in 2026. If you somehow missed our Reveal Trailer (or just want to watch it again), LOOK BELOW 👇 

Developed by Auroch Digital (Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, Boltgun 2 and Words of Vengeance) in partnership with poncle (Vampire Survivors) and Warhammer, it’s time to battle for survival in the universes of Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer: Age of Sigmar in all their pixelated magnificence. 

Choose your character, collect and evolve an arsenal of iconic wargear and destroy endless swarms of enemies. Survive... or die! 

MEET THE FIRST CHAMPIONS

In our Reveal Trailer, we revealed just some of the champions coming to the game, including: 

Warhammer 40,000 

  • Malum Caedo, stalwart Sternguard Veteran and Scourge of the Forges of Corruption in Boltgun 

  • The hardened Cadian Shock Trooper, Kozlowski 

  • The indomitable Space Marine Intercessor, Brother Luca 

 

Warhammer Age of Sigmar 

  • Neave Blacktalon, living weapon of the God-King Sigmar 

  • The Stormcast Eternal Vanquisher, Sharynn Azurwath, master of the Celestial Greatblade 

  • And, the legendary Slayer, Gotrek Gurnisson, carving a path of red ruin through the Mortal Realms and seeking his doom 

…AND THE SWARMS

Obliterate the skittering, vicious Skaven and their horde of warpstone-twisted abominations, or stand firmly against the ravenous Tyranid swarm and a myriads of monstrous xenos Bioforms.  

Monsters fill the horizon, and they’re closing in... 

THAT’S IT? 

Those of you with eagle eyes (augmetic, Chaos mutation or otherwise) might spot a few more characters in our game’s key art. 👀
